The theme for June was to come up with a vegetarian leafless salad. We received lots of tempting entries. There are many recipes that will especially appeal to those of us melting from the heat. And now the winning entry... Congratulations to Jacqueline of How to be a Gourmand. She made this stunning Warm Halloumi, Lentil and Tomato Salad. I will be trying this for sure.

oh we are just too topsy turvy - it is a cold winter and I really just want warming food - maybe a soup that can be hot or cold would be suitable?
